I have been immersed in the interior design industry for nearly 20 years. From the exploratory days when I first stepped into the field, to developing a design system of my own and creating a host of top-tier private residences and villas, my understanding of spatial planning and residential aesthetics has evolved into a relatively mature stage.

I was first exposed to Feng Shui culture long ago, yet I never got the chance to study it systematically. It always felt shrouded in a veil of mystery: while I was curious about its core essence, I was also unsure how to truly integrate it with modern design, rather than just mechanically stacking up relevant elements or attaching superficial labels.

In 2024, I officially joined Yishujia to embark on a systematic study of traditional Feng Shui. This learning experience has truly opened a brand-new window into my design thinking.It was through my studies at Yishujia that I truly came to grasp that Feng Shui is an oriental philosophy integrating the laws of nature, human settlement needs and spatial logic. The core tenets it embodies — storing wind and gathering qi, and the harmony between man and nature — are inherently and deeply aligned with the comfort, livability and human-centricity that modern design strives for.

如今在我的新作品里，我会自然地把风水的核心逻辑植入进去，让空间既有现代设计的高级质感，又藏着东方智慧的人居温度，让每一个居住在其中的人，都能感受到空间带来的舒适与安定。这是我从事设计行业这么多年，从未有过的全新体验，也是易墅佳带给我最珍贵的收获。

Today, in my new works, I naturally weave the core logic of Feng Shui into the design. This allows each space to boast both the sophisticated high-end texture of modern design, and the human-centric residential warmth embedded in oriental wisdom, enabling every occupant within to fully feel the comfort and profound peace of mind that the space delivers.

This is a brand-new experience I have never had in my nearly 20-year career in the interior design industry, and also the most precious gift bestowed upon me by Yishujia.

与先锋设计同行，让传统智慧焕发新生

当部一老师这样在行业内深耕近 20 年、对空间有着极致成熟理解的先锋设计师，选择走进易墅佳，和我们一同探索传统风水文化时，我们内心满是欣喜与期待。风水文化的传承，从来不是闭门造车，而是要走进当代设计，走进真实的人居场景，才能真正焕发新生。而部一老师的到来，正是一次完美的印证。

When a pioneering designer like Ms. Bu Yi—who has dedicated nearly 20 years to the industry and boasts an exceptionally sophisticated understanding of space—chooses to join Yishujia and explore traditional feng shui culture with us, we are filled with immense joy and anticipation. The inheritance of feng shui culture has never been a matter of working behind closed doors; only by integrating it into contemporary design and real-life residential scenarios can it truly rejuvenate. Ms. Bu Yi’s arrival is the perfect testament to this.

在接触易墅佳之前，部一老师已经拥有了非常成熟的设计体系和大量优秀的落地作品，对空间的把控、对美学的理解，都早已站在行业前列，只是此前未曾系统接触过中国传统风水学。而在学习的过程中，我们看到了部一老师对专业的敬畏，对新知的谦逊，更看到了令人惊艳的化学反应。

Before collaborating with Yishujia, Ms. Bu Yi had already developed a highly sophisticated design system and delivered a wealth of outstanding built projects. Her mastery of spatial manipulation and understanding of aesthetics had long placed her at the forefront of the industry—she simply had not engaged with traditional Chinese feng shui in a systematic manner before. During her learning journey, we witnessed not only her profound respect for professionalism and humility toward new knowledge, but also the truly amazing chemical reaction that emerged from this integration.

她没有生硬地照搬风水口诀，也没有为了贴合风水而打破自己的设计内核，而是把传统风水的智慧拆解、消化，再无缝融入到自己的设计体系之中。她的新作品，既保留了现代设计的简约高级与极致功能，又融入了风水文化的格局与温度，让空间实现了美学、功能、气场的三重统一，也让我们看到了传统风水在当代顶尖设计中，最自然、最动人的落地方式。

She did not mechanically copy rigid Feng Shui formulas, nor did she compromise her own design essence to force-fit Feng Shui principles. Instead, she deconstructed and internalized the wisdom of traditional Feng Shui, then seamlessly integrated it into her own design system.Her new works not only retain the minimalist sophistication and optimal functionality of modern design, but also incorporate the spatial philosophy and humanistic warmth inherent in Feng Shui culture. This achieves a harmonious unification of aesthetics, functionality and spatial energy, allowing us to witness the most natural and compelling way for traditional Feng Shui to take root in contemporary top-tier design.

形理合一：空间与气运的共生厚度

Unity of form and principle: The symbiotic depth of space and fortune

“厚度” 是部一常提的词，也是其作品最直观的气场。她期望顶奢私宅不止是材质奢华与风格极致，更能承载时间的沉淀感 —— 一种由风水逻辑、文化底蕴、材质肌理与家族日常共同构筑的密度。在她看来，这种厚度并非源于装饰堆叠或奢材炫技，而是人居底层逻辑与时间累积自然生成的，是能支撑家族走下去的质感与力量。

"Depth" is a term frequently mentioned by Bu Yi, and it also constitutes the most palpable aura of her works. She aspires for top luxury private residences to embody more than just opulent materials and impeccable style—they should carry the weight of time：a unique density forged by feng shui principles, cultural heritage, material textures, and the daily rhythms of a family. In her perspective, this kind of depth does not stem from ostentatious ornamentation or the mere display of luxury materials; instead, it emerges naturally from the underlying logic of human habitation and the accumulation of time. It is the inherent texture and enduring strength that can sustain a family for generations to come.

七星打劫是玄空风水中比较高阶的理气格局，打劫并非字面意义上的“抢劫”，而是象征一种跨越时空的能量调度机制，其核心在于通过特殊星盘组合，由现在当元之运劫夺未来之气，未当元而先劫用，此未来之运系指三元玄空时空元气，而并非运气。

The Seven Stars Robbery is an advanced Liqi (energy regulation) configuration in Xuankong Feng Shui. The term "robbery" here does not carry the literal meaning of plunder, but symbolizes a mechanism for mobilizing energy across time and space. Its core lies in leveraging a special combination of star charts to seize the qi of future periods from the currently active ruling period, thus utilizing the qi of a yet-to-be-activated period in advance. This "qi of future periods" refers specifically to the primordial temporal-spatial qi of the Sanyuan (Three Eras) Xuankong system, rather than mundane fortune or luck.

《天玉经》云:“识得父母三般卦，便是真神路，北斗七星去打劫，离宫要相合。”之所以为高阶其中有一个原因是其实现的条件较为苛刻，首先八运子山午向当运旺星八白同时飞到向首且在离宫相合，其次山向之星二五八，运盘之星三六九之三般卦在乾震离三宫飞布，同时在设计中主观的在乾、震、离三宫分别设计气口通气，即门口或可开启的窗户，这样才可使三方的吉气、旺气、生气相互流通，此外宅屋周围的形势环境还需与玄空理气有效配合方可达成。

As stated in the Tian Yu Jing (Canon of Heavenly Jade): "He who comprehends the Parent Triad of Trigrams grasps the true path of the divine spirit; when the Northern Dipper Seven Stars enact the robbery, the Li Palace must achieve alignment and union."

物与共生：五行调和的质感秩序

Harmony of objects and space: The textured order of five elements balance

「云墅・栖心」的时间与层次感，离不开部一对空间里 “物” 的理解。家具、雕塑、灯具、织物、陈设…… 每一件 “物” 都不是孤立存在的。“混搭” 在这里，并非形式的叠加，而是五行的调和、精神的互通。

The sense of time and hierarchy in Yun Shu · Qi Xin is inseparable from Bu Yi's understanding of "objects" in the space. Furniture, sculptures, lamps, fabrics, furnishings... None of them exist in isolation. Here, "mix and match" is not the superposition of forms, but the harmony of the five elements and the resonance of spirits.

她喜欢那些有温度的 “物”—— 能被使用、能触摸、能在日常里留下痕迹的东西。“每件器物都是有质感的，是可以很好用的。它们不是为了拍照，也不是为了陈列，而是生活的一部分。” 所以当业主第一次走进完工的「云墅・栖心」，常会笑着说：“好像我们已经在这里住了很多年。” 那种温度，是风水逻辑里的安定感，也是真实生活留下的松弛感。

She loves objects with warmth—things that can be used, touched, and leave traces in daily life. "Every object has its own texture and purpose. They're not for photos or display; they're part of life." So when the owners walked into the completed Yun Shu · Qi Xin for the first time, they often smiled and said, "It feels like we've lived here for years." That warmth is the sense of stability in the Fengshui logic, and also the sense of relaxation left by real life.

边界消融：法式形制与东方智慧的无界融合

Blurring boundaries: The seamless integration of French style and Oriental wisdom

她没有沿用 “法式符号堆砌” 的传统设计逻辑，也没有陷入 “风水摆件硬加” 的刻板误区，而是让「云墅・栖心」更自由、更松弛 —— 让内与外、东方与西方、美学与功能、设计与风水的边界，在日常中缓缓消融。

She did not follow the traditional design logic of "stacking French symbols", nor did he fall into the stereotyped misunderstanding of "adding Fengshui ornaments rigidly". Instead, he made Yun Shu · Qi Xin more free and relaxed, allowing the boundaries between inside and outside, East and West, aesthetics and function, design and Fengshui to slowly dissolve in daily life.

从 “技法至上的美学表达” 到 “形理合一的传家设计”，部一让设计回到了顶奢私宅的本质 —— 不追求风格标签，而在意人与家族的真实生长。「云墅・栖心」的美，在法式形制的优雅，在玄空风水的智慧，更在它能穿越时间，成为与家族共生的传家恒产，而这种人与宅的相扶共生，也正是她设计生涯里，始终坚守的终极命题。

From the "aesthetic expression of technique supremacy" to the "family heritage design of unity of form and principle", Bu Yi let the design return to the essence of top luxury private houses - not pursuing style labels, but caring about the real growth of people and families. The beauty of Yun Shu · Qi Xin lies in the elegance of French form, the wisdom of Xuankong Fengshui, and more in that it can travel through time and become a permanent family property coexisting with the family. And this symbiosis between people and house is also the ultimate proposition she always adheres to in his design career.
